Directed by Todd Phillips, rated R, 100 minutes
The Hangover is an outrageous and absurdly funny film about three groomsmen who lose their groom after a wild bachelor party in Vegas, and must piece together the night of the party to find the groom and bring him home in time for the wedding. Zach Galifianakis brings his bizarre style of humor to the film and is easily the best part of the movie, but Ken Jeong is unforgettable and absolutely ridiculous as the villain. The story never really goes anywhere and the ending is a predictable let down, but the premise provides for plenty of good jokes. The Hangover isn't an impressive film, but it has enough funny scenes to distract from the missed jokes and lame plot. You'll like it if: You like raunchy comedies, Zach Galifianakis, Old School, The 40 Year Old Virgin or Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle.
