"A Little Blessing In Disguise."

The Fall (2006)
Directed by Tarsem Singh, rated R, 117 minutes
The Fall is like a painting, it's beautiful, vivid, magnificent - a true visual feast. The film, set in the 20's, is about an injured stuntman, who tells a young girl incredible stories so she'll steal morphine for him. The direction of the film is simply visionary - every scene is amazing, with intoxicating locales and perfect use of color. The story is surprisingly entertaining - it keeps you guessing, and the acting is superb, even the little girl is compelling. The Fall is a fantastic film, a fairy tale for adults, and it is filled with incredible images that will stay with you. You'll like it if: You like fantasy movies, adventure movies, Brazil, The Cell or Big Fish.
